A devoted music teacher,

Liz has ten years of experience teaching ages 4 and up. She has worked with all levels of musician, from beginner to advanced. Her violin, piano and vocal students have received high marks on graded exams in the UK and US.

At the Aaron Copland School of Music where she received her bachelors degree in performance, she additionally studied music education, composition, ear training and music theory. Taking what she's learned in both her bachelor's and master's degrees, Liz continuously works to provide an engaging, positive and effective work environment for her students. Each lesson incorporates technique, music theory, sight reading and performance. These key aspects help to ensure that each student understands the fundamentals of their instrument, while also feeling comfortable performing at a school production or a graded exam.
